Associate Director

As an Associate Director with over a decade of higher education and admissions experience, Ms. Herring provides invaluable leadership and guidance to Spark’s Senior Admissions Consultants while also helping her own students achieve exceptional results in their admissions journeys. Her students have gained hundreds of acceptances to selective universities, including Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Columbia, Brown, Dartmouth, Duke, and Cornell, among many other highly competitive institutions.

Ms. Herring’s work with students is distinguished by her caring, empathetic approach, deep knowledge of writing and editing, and creativity in helping students develop unique and compelling narratives.
